I stole it off of r/holofractal, for what it's worth. It seemed appropriate to post here.

Initial image before transformations shows up a lot in sacred geometry. I'm not a maths wizard though so my opinions are basically trash here.

They are 3D shapes that have been described with math and then shown with varied perspectives. That was probably done in MATLAB and it's 'just' a series of points along multiple axes. Err... Yes, axes is the plural of axis. It's a bit of marginally advanced geometry, unless my eyes are tired.

It's a very nice find a and a great way to show people some fun stuff they can do with geometry. Thanks!

Your understanding checks out with what my understanding was, which is good. I was never bad with math, just never took anything past high school, so after a certain point I kinda nod my head along. I could follow the picture and tell what was happening, but I wouldn't be able to duplicate it because I wouldn't know where to begin.

Our TI calculators pretty much only got used to make shitty games on.
