The President tweeted he would have Pompeo look at the "large scale killing of farmers." The Washington Post falsely claims: "Trump claims South African farmers are being mass-murdered" and then called that statement they made up a "myth" fueled by white supremacists.
The President did not say "Mass Murders", he said "large scale killings which needs to be looked into", and that is exactly what many other sources are calling it and noting as well (links below). The stats are notoriously unreliable as the Black gov't of SA does a shit job of collecting them and crime victims surprisingly even don't report them as it seems useless. We are left with this claim: The Washington Post are FUCKING LYING MEDIA SACKS OF SHIT - TRUE.
Newsweek story from Mar. 2018 says TRUE "Activists say South African authorities are tacitly approving attacks on the country’s white farmers, with one being murdered every five days, and the police turning a blind eye to the violence. "
Daily Caller says TRUE
"Farming in South Africa is the most dangerous occupation in the world. Farmers there suffer more murders per-capita than any other community on earth outside a war zone. "
American Resistance says TRUE "White Farmers in South Africa Are Four Times More Likely to Be Murdered Than Anyone Else"
Even Al'sJism says TRUE (sort of, exception noted) "#BlackMonday: White farmers protest against farm murder. Protesters don black to rage against killings but analysts say white farmers should be aware they are not only victims" but they do say "But fact-checking website Africa Check has repeatedly disputed these numbers." then provide a link which doesn't support that claim. The last article I saw AfricaCheck do which did dispute the more white farmers being killed was 2013, 5 years back, so it's not germaine
