You've been given good information on how to fix your problems several times already. You were directed to release notes and Youtube videos that clearly explain the process for working around this known issue. If you can't be bothered to read release notes or even watch a video that directs you to type ten characters to get your system booting, then there's nothing anyone can do for you.

No I have not. I have explicitly said that I cannot install any Linux. The installs all crash and reboot. Then repeat.

That means no command line is possible without Linux installed.
