You can install it via their PPA. This is the "Fresh" PPA, which is always the latest stable version.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install libreoffice

Did you run "sudo apt-get update"? You can also run "apt-cache policy libreoffice" to see where it's trying to install from.
