You might want to look at other digital artists that have gone from windows to linux, like this guy here.

Thanks for the link. Not very helpful though. He lists a bunch of Open Source programs which is cool, but they are all kinda shitty when it comes down to doing real work. I need to be able to use the industry standard programs.

Then your options are to run it with wine. Take a look at WineHQ to see if you can run your preferred program in an emulator.

I know at least Maya and Unity work fine natively on Linux. Blender (3D modeling) and Inkscape (vector graphics) are as much industry standard as any of the other software that you mentioned.
