I don't care about their stance, truth be told as a Gentoo, Slackware, Manjaro and Arch user I don't even care about Ubuntu at all. But it's their business model and they have every right to do it. Also, what does my username have to do with anything at all here?

"Troll" word has two broader meanings on the Internet:
If your username refers to the first one, then its ok. If it refers to the second one, then it pretty much portrays the behavior of what Ubuntu is doing now.
