Which is fine. It guarantees you are getting the lowest price. This is why those in big business who are regulated start arguing for regulation of young competitors who figure out a way around the system. Having less regulation guarantees you will have lower prices because either the cost of production is less, or you can copy your compeditor's actions verbatim, or you can intermediary at worst. The business that is regulated when others aren't has no shot in the long run, so he must argue to spread the regulation and make it more uniform on comprehensive.
