Not a concern to me. If black guy didn't want to die, he should've cooperated and sued later. My concern is that NYPD started getting sloppy in gathering their intel during the Bloomberg years. I don't imagine it's gotten better with Wilhelm/DeBlasio. The sort of law enforcement problems NYC, LA, Miami, Boston, Detroit, and other democrat run cities encounter, tend to develop elsewhere within a decade. And with the expansion of section 8 into predominantly white suburbs, I can already tell which communities have been out flanked.
