Hmmm. I really feel for you. I don't know if where you are now is the same as where I was about 4 years ago when dmt reduced me to my foundation, a shivering unemployed wreck. How could I. I suspect if we were to get talking we'd find a lot in common. More importantly 4 years later I'm happier than I've ever been. I built myself back up, with lots of work in the "real" world, and lots of work in the more subtle ones too. It's possible. If your experiences have taught you nothing else, you should have learned that anything is possible in the mental universe. Use the fractals, figure out where you want to go, then break it into baby steps you can take every day, hour, minute, breath, eyeblink to get to where your trying to go. It's amazing the progress you can make in a few months that way. Pay attention. The dmt elves were right. You have everything you need. I'm happy to talk, good luck :)

"Reduced me to my foundation" is almost exactly how I would put it. I feel stuck in a rut where the rock on which I base my identity is that I am a person; no more, no less. I don't know if I ever was anything else; but it's encouraging to hear that it's possible, forever is a long time.

Thank you.
