Memo to Hiring Managers
RE: Diversity and inclusion in hiring decisions
Ladies and Gentlemen,
It has come to my attention that our dev teams are very white and very male. Our games are selling well and people generally like them (as long as we don't rush them out broken lololol). This is no longer our top priority. Going forward, when building development teams for future projects it will be more important that our staff lounge during lunch hour looks like a "We are the World" photo shoot. This will create some great PR for us with the SJW segment of consumers, and we know that they are the ones buying and playing all of our games. To be clear, experience and education are to be secondary foci - our primary focus must be on a multicultural, multicolored diverse office.
PS Don't forget - it is preferable that as few as possible are cis hetero.
