Or rather, Blizzard censors their paying customers and/or their puppets do it for them. I was lurking in the Overwatch forums (Because my past self was planning to buy the game, when the price drops/bug fixes/new content, etc. and I know that the devs listen feedback more often there), turns out that if you rebel, you'll be ban from the forums (which CAN also gets ya ban from the game library), you'll be lucky if you just get downvoted. Also, there's power hungry mods that will ban and/or suspend people for even joking. I wish that I know how to archive the forums, I tried everything that I know, but I'm unsuccessful, right now there's some juicy stuff that proves Blizzard is Kool-Aid kingdom, because some Ovewatch players ain't too happy about Soldier 76's outting, even a gay guy, who calls this political correctness and shameful. Blizzard and their puppets will remove threads like those, also, I know that now, Blizzard doesn't listen to their customers any more yet holds these forums in their little finger in an iron fist and they do that to a little degree the r/Overwatch and their reddit gaming communities.

Their customers used to think that these forums can be used to contact the devs, give feedback, report on gllitches/bugs, and have all round fun. But in the Overwatch forums, nothing's been done, some guys were begging for fixes, reworks, and balances, especially to characters, but instead, they get attack, ignored, and whatnot (The devs and mods turn a blind eye to the actual toxicity, right now that I can think of there's a thread that's still there, spoutting sexist and racist stuff about Symmetra, a female character from India). Remember Overwatch has a reputation for having the most toxic communities (My past self thought that those will fade away and/or the community and Blizzard will get their stuff together, now I don't blame people for dumping OW right now and most of the toxic stuff won't go away, because of the esports scene).
