And he announces on another anti-free-speech platform instead of a regular site or a freer platform like gab. What a mind that one has...

It's where the audience is. A good post on Voat gets 250 votes compared to 10,000+ for Reddit. Gab v. Twitter probably has similar numbers. Most people don't know how badly censored these sites are because they censor anyone talking about it.

If I visit Gab, as someone without an account. I am greeted with a screen asking me to register, and nothing more. No one is going to give a shit about that site if all its posts are stuck behind a registration wall.

I think what some people fail to see is that preaching at an echo chamber is pretty much useless.

If you want to serve some purpose with your speech other fellating yourself, then you're best off doing it around a contentious audience and even better on a contentious platform. Somebody posting right to far right news in /v/politics for instance is basically wasting his time. Yes, he'll get lots of upvotes and accolades, but hardly a single person left in that sub that isn't already absurdly biased towards support of such views.

It's the equivalent of posting anti-Trump stuff in /r/politics. You could post the most illogical, incoherent rant against Trump there and get a million upvotes and accolades so long as the people in the sub don't feel they're being ironically made fun of. The point is they could not care less what's being said, so long as it confirms their own biases. Godfrey Elfwick is a literal example of this. That is him being interviewed by the BBC about the upcoming Star Wars where he derides 'Dark Raider' and the stereotypes they espouse in Star Wars like 'Dark Raider' (who is black of course) listening to rap music. His intentional insanity wasn't challenged once, because they thought he was 'on their side.'

You run the risk of censorship of course, but even that comes at least with one final benefit. When people who are collected and logical are banned, it puts a major spotlight on the arbitrary bias in censorship. And it also has to be said I haven't even gotten into market share. The big sites by definition have it - individuals sites and "freer platforms" don't.

Yes, my point is all about market share. But these personalities have their own loyal audiences. They can break through network effects that make people think of Google, Youtube, etc as "monopolies" in their niches, and these artists could run their own sites, at least for emergency backups.

But a share-cropper only knows share-croppin'...

Eh, Red Pilling is more for people who are ready for it. A fag factory like Reddit mostly isn't. They want the kitten pics version of political discourse.

Go look at 4chan at the moment. It's choc full of shills vs shitlords. There's no exchange of ideas going on. It's full blown memetic warfare.

That's really scary. Basically an account whose premise is. "trump supporters deserve to be targeted and attacked, Here is a list of their full names and location"

He's a classical liberal, civic nationalist at best. Not that I don't enjoy listening to him dissect things, but jeez, he's a lightweight with a large following.

Everyone has to start somewhere. Tim Pool originally thought "the left is good except for a few bad eggs", and now he has stated that the left is completely irredeemable.

He's sympathizing with the right more, and if he continues to give Alt a fair shake, that's all we can ask. At the very least, the Alt Right has shown him where the new left is going, and it helps a lot.

Given her position on twitter's "anti-bullying" task force, the only thing surprising is it didn't happen sooner.

Twitter will not tolerate a democratic country or white people that aren't paranoid. Neither will google or facebook or paypal or periscope.

They take all the money Americans give them and use it to try to topple a democratically elected government. Amazon has the most money and is probably investing the most in the attack against the American government, and the American voter.
