This probably isn't big news for you niggers who have like 2 acres to plant 500 different kinds of plants on and live off of, but I'm growing out of 2 small raised beds and a fenced off maybe 2x8' area for the tomatoes. Plus a couple scattered vegetable plants.
I was thinking what to do with potatoes... shredded hash browns? too much work. I just cleaned them up, sliced them and the one remaining onion from last season that was in my garden. I actually had to run outside and pull it quick to chop it and get it in the pan because I had started the potatoes by the time I had the idea to add sliced onions.
Good shit. Way better than any grocery store or farmer's market. Home grown potatoes definitely are MUCH better than anything you'll find anywhere else! Even if they're not likely to save a ton of money.
