well natural law and human laws have little to do with each other. in human society murder is illegal. in the natural world, the laws of physics prevail. natural law is studied by scientists, human law is a bunch of humans cooperating. they are very different from each other, although in the end, how humans cooperate is dictated by natural law. you can do what you can do, you cannot do what you cannot do.
its really all a non-argument. what i say is technically true, but it really doesn't influence anything. a red herring of sorts.

don't get mad when the babies parents shoot you. they have the right to do that, or they can call the cops, or their friends or your mom.
nature gave you the right to do the things you can do. the laws that humans have invented do not change that.
