Is there another image somewhere? Men don't get huge hips from working their ass out in the same fashion as women do.

Well, usually, it is straight down from the armpits to the hips, or at most, only slightly shifting inwards. Here, the chest size is literally double the waist size, and the two arms are also about as big as his waist. The head looks normal for someone with that size waist, and the arms reach down to around the standard area (maybe being a little shorter than normal, considering that it looks like he would have trouble reaching into any pant pockets from a standing position), but his ribcage and shoulders just make no sense whatsoever.
Look at Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, John Cena, or basically any other famous bodybuilder/wrestler. Yes, some of them have such defined muscles that it seems like even their muscles have muscles, but their skeletal structure is still normal, without a chest large enough to hold their head 8+ times over and without arms so overflowing with muscle that they literally can't even reach below their belt without bending over.

The lats brah! <-Who I am striving to mirror
The armpit is superior to and roughly 1.5 inches abducted from the asis. The physical manifestation of this character is grossly negligent to the point of him appearing like he belongs in an anime (DBZ muscle issues). There are of course genetic differences in us once we get down to that level of body fat but not in the form of dislocating your shoulders due to muscle mass.
