Oh, I already help on the farm. I just don't call it work. I enjoy it. I go over most every day for a couple of hours. I usually do the stables and sometimes help with the milking.

And video will absolutely be provided. I'm going to hook up something like an old Omni and a quick release. Then, I'll lift it and the top spins pretty rapidly, so I should get some great centripetal forces going on. I'll need to do the math and figure out if it will actually take the stress as a live load, but that's been a dream of mine for like a decade.

I'm not even kidding. I'm pretty much a giant five year old. Now it will be mine and breaking it just means I have to get it fixed. I ain't scared.

It's gonna suck if it flies apart before it hits the ground.

The person in the cab should be pretty safe. Even if the chain breaks, it's not going to be long enough to come back as far as the cab. Other than that, all the force is directed away from the central axis point. So, a few cameras on tripods and something should get good footage. I'll probably stack hay bales and try to hit them.

I have been dreaming about this day for a long, long time! Once I saw how fast it can rotate, I started thinking about things I can throw with it. I don't have an Omni, but I can find something like that for a couple hundred bucks. I'm pretty sure this is the best idea in the entire history of best ideas.
