Prostitution already provides this. The point is that degenerate modern culture simply doesn't contain what decent men want, namely decent women to have a stable relationship with. The proposal of this incel idiot doesn't address this and doesn't add anything significant that prostitution doesn't offer.

Even then, I think that subsidizing prostitution is a good idea because it is expensive, at least in the US and Western Europe. However, I agree with your main point that prostitution is only a temporary fix and is not an adequate solution for incel.
