Seems kinda weird, also it seems like there may be one or two small grammatical errors. I'm not sure it's authentic.

The text is 100% accurate but its an old font you'd see in an old newspaper. It reads:
"Die Vernegerung Frankreichs in 100 Jahren"
(the negrofication of France in 100 years)
"Die letzten nicht farbigen Franzosen bilden die große Attraktion des Pariser Zoo"
(the last non-colored Frenchmen provide the big(gest) attraction of the Paris Zoo)
The sign is in french of course and forbids feeding, which promptly gets ignored by the little Dindu.
I find it interesting that the negroes are depicted as kinda posh. That means that the cartoonist, while not a racist at least acknowledged the possibility of being outbred

Should there not be an 's' on "Zoo" since it is in the genitive case?
Also, one would think that "Bernegerung" would be "Benegerung" since "be-" is a common prefix whereas "Ber-negerung" doesn't make sense to me.I'm stupid, I missed your second sentence. Didn't realize that was a 'v'.[–] Salbuchi_2019 ago
My take on it is the cartoonist believed blacks will appropriate French culture once they become the dominant force in there. They look posh because the stereotypical French looks posh.
Nous sommes français et merde.
