Well people have said the middle is disappearing. I find it really disappointing that this bullshit is resulting in ordinary people fighting with each other while the banksters and crooked politicians just watch and continue doing what they do.

The left used to care about wages, vacations and workers influence over their workplace. That scared the shit out of the owners.

Today they fight over who should go to what bathroom and the hedge fund manager sleeps well.

The government isn't going to let you just live your life. Former libertarians like Christopher Cantwell have realized trying to get a crooked government to leave you alone and let you live your life isn't going to work. This leads people to a sort of fashy libertarianism, which is where I'm at now. We need a good, strong government to protect us from people who want a crooked, corrupt government to enslave and oppress us with. The goal of such a government would be to leave good citizens alone, though.

You shouldn't be disappointed, the left wants us dead.

The real people who want us dead are the Jewish banksters and their collaborators. Antifa are just being used as useful idiots.

That's the only way we can get any real change, if we fight(each other)

Fighting each other while the banksters and the puppet politicians still control things isn't going to fix anything.

It's like we're playing tug of war over a rope, with the left running as hard as they can to the left. The right has been meekly following, offering slight resistance, all along. "Hey now, let's not strain this rope too much now folks. Maybe if we just follow them a bit they will stop going left. We mustn't let them divide and conquer us over race". Nationalism is not even us driving to the right very much, it's just us planting our feet and saying this side of the rope will not move another inch. They can keep charging left as hard as they want, all they will do is fray the center as you said and ultimately snap the rope. What happens then? SHTF?

The definition of the overton window would generally be that the middle of the rope represents the range of what is acceptable discourse with the fringes on both sides being, well, fringe. But I see where you're coming from with the two overton windows thing because all that far left shit is openly pushed by the mainstream media. There's nothing that the left will disavow as too far left, whereas cuckservatives are happy to try and moderate their discourse to what the left won't overly flip out at you for saying, following them left.

Maybe the republican establishment, but a lot of conservatives are losing faith in it.

Yup. That's the change that's going on now. Trumpism, the way his supporters want it, is this change. That's why we got that Moore guy in Alabama instead of the establishment friendly guy Trump endorsed. The Trump Train goes on with or without Trump. Bannon is huge in all this. I honestly can't wait for the 2018 primaries. I hope cuckservatives get knocked out by virulent racists all across the country.

I squeezed the gist of what you said into 300 characters so I could post it to Gab.

I like this idea of 2 windows. Makes sense as to why we are having trouble communicating with the left these days.

I don't think that's true at all, even on the internet. Most people are still in the middle. Just think of the typical Republican voter and you'll see someone that doesn't either of these profiles at all.

Interesting developments (if you take the vegas PD at it's word)- he was planning to commit the attack and escape. Perhaps to engage in another stand-off situation with the police at his residence or flee into the desert? It would have made zero sense to don gloves to conceal identity when the room and all the weapons are registered directly to him. And the admission that there was a guest with him in the room, an escort perhaps?

If that were the case the escort would be seeking out the media for sheckels with plans for talk show rounds and a future book titled "lunch with the mandalay killer" (it'd outsell Hillary's bullshit book) And the note with pen paper-weighted with an ashtray? How in the shit does so called pro reporters screw up the color of the note as yellow when it's obviously on pink stationary? Whatever is written on there is quite relevant.

The guy dating the flip's daughter described him as 'conservative' on top of matters. And also brilliant, he used to study algorithms to win @ electronic gambling. I honestly don't know wtf the situation is or what to believe at this point. a million theories could be applied.

Very adept observation. I think there's something to this.

Are you new to politics?

The window describes what kind of discourse is currently within the realms of acceptable discourse. I'm saying that there are currently two non-overlapping windows that makes discourse across the aisle increasingly infeasible.

I think you have some insight here and thanks for mentioning your idea. /u/Whitemail says that the "middle is disappearing". I think this holds water, too. Dialogue between the two sides seems to have broken down as their is no longer significant overlap in areas where issues arise.
