What a woman can do if she stays home:
Child Care - in most cases the mother will provide the best care to the child, and she should also be building a healthy bond with the child.
Schooling - this is the traditional way schooling was done, and with the way schools are Marxist indoctrination centers now, it is definitely a superior option if you can't afford a Christian private school. It is also a good way to keep your kids away from the "diversity" in so many public schools.
Cleaning - If the man and woman work 8-5, all house cleaning will be done outside of those hours. If the woman stays home, all of it could potentially be done within these hours. This leaves evening and weekend hours open for leisure or family time.
Elderly Care - like with child care, this is most likely the best option except maybe with in laws things won't go so well.
Pregnancy - if you want a woman to have 3 or more kids, it is best that she would be home. Of course this might interfere with her child care, elderly care, and housekeeping duties, but when you have a culture of women staying home, they will be able to help each other. Nobody attracts sympathy like a blatantly pregnant woman. Even sociologists like to hire them to get people to fill out surveys, because people are so sympathetic towards them.
Woman Goes to Work:
Day Care - Studies show this is harmful to children, specifically to the mother-child bond. When young children are put into daycare, they feel like their mother's have abandoned them. This is not even considering the quality of the daycare institution.
Public vs Private School - Private schools can be pretty good, but if you can't afford them, you could be sending your kids to a school full of dindu or beaner kids. Of course this is from the white perspective. If you're not white, you can make whatever you want of it. If you're a good, responsible black family, you should be even more opposed to letting your kids get exposed to dindus. They are most in danger of turning into one, not just being abused by them. A study found the most common type of bullying is black on white.
Cleaning - either it won't be done, or it will be done during the same hours when the man is home. This takes away from the couple spending time together or the family spending time together as a unit.
Elderly Care - "I can't take care of my parents. I've gotta go to work." So you spend a fortune to put them in dindu-staffed centers that smell like piss. Good on you, Jane. Good on you.
Pregnancy - this causes them to make demands on their employers for time off and paid leave and all that. It's very unappealing to employers, and it can be difficult phasing a person in and out because of this.
Anybody have anything to add to the list?
EDIT: Based on a comment below, I was reminded about cooking and the food that is consumed. Generally, a homemaker woman can produce healthier, hire quality meals than McDonalds, Papa Johns, and Taco Bell.

Damn. I thought of putting food/cooking before I made the post, but then I forgot to put it.
