See my other post for what was happening at exactly the time of the article.

It's hard to write it off as "just propaganda" when there are many verifiable sources that come from the horse's mouth, such as the OP.

Jews were a tiny percentage in Germany, but this declaration and the boycott and protests around it were pushed globally with the aim to impose a blockade / sanctions against Germany, as you point out yourself. Not to mention, being a tiny percentage didn't stop them from having disproportionate influence via covert nepotism and cronyism, as they do today.

Also, Nazi Germany did not deport Jews anywhere near the time of this article.

You might be surprised to find out, Hitler sought and achieved an agreement, the Ha'avara Agreement, between Nazi Germany, the Zionist Federation of Germany, the Anglo-Palestine Bank and the Jewish Agency. This agreement allowed German Jews to migrate to Palestine, specifically in order to help them eventually establish the State of Israel, while taking with them all of the wealth they own (albeit indirectly, so that Germany's economy does not suffer). This agreement stood between 1933, shortly after Hitler was elected, and 1939, right up until the beginning of the war.

Same here, that's why I was happy to use the opportunity to point it out here!
