My problem thankfully isn't sodas, it's sugar in foods. I got one hell of a sweet tooth. Willpower is my weakness, I guess. Especially since sugar is in just about everything nowadays, which is bullshit. But I appreciate the advice. Definitely gonna look into some good probiotics and more yogurts.

Dont box your potential in! You will grow and you will adapt! I do guarantee that if you stop/reduce your ingestion of sugar moderately over time your sweet tooth will go away. I used to have a big problem with if there was candy, I would have to eat it, but now I despise it because all it is is sugar. But hell whats wrong with a good brownie or something every so often, but try not to even make it a weekly thing. Also ive heard limiting foods like pizza and french fries etc can help with sugar but I havent seen a source on that so it could be complete BS. I'm in bed really wishing there was a voat app. :)

It's definitely gonna be a journey, I can tell ya that. Also, I second the voat app thing. That's part of why I'm so mad they ban my favorites because I do half my redditing time via phone, so now I'm kinda fucked.
