I'll have you know: back in my day we showed older people a little more respect. Now get off my lawn! :P

Seriously though; what are you planning to do after high school? And what profession are you looking for when you're all grown up?

Lol. Well I guess I'm going to college? I want to study music production (you know, on a computer) because I love music and that seems like the most reliable choice as far as career options.

I don't want to go to college though. I want to live in a van and do road trips through the swiss alps. Not pay top dollar to do what everyone else does. College in Canada is cheaper, though, and only 3 years, so maybe I'll take a gap year?

I feel like by now I should have a more solid plan than that :) Many of my friends are a bit college-preppy, and they talk a lot about test scores, college touring, and so on. It bores me, to be honest.

Edit: Just wanted to make it clearer that I don't live in Canada. I'm in the states, but I'm considering Canadian college as one of my main options.

Music production would be a nice profession I think.

It's unfortunate that, for most people, just getting in a van and start on a road trip is pretty much impossible or at least hard te realize.

Studying abroad is pretty adventurous as well. Are you seriously considering doing that?
