Thanks. In terms of editorial type stuff for the channel I have definitely thought about it and I've done twovideos that kind of fall under that category. I'm also planning something opinion based that will be around 20 minutes long that may or may not be Windows 10 related to put out in August.
It's a hobby and I like making them. To keep it fun I don't set myself too much of a rigorous schedule. Being able to make things that are permanent and I can be proud of is a refreshing break from the soulless uninteresting drag that school can be.
So how did you get started making educational videos? What was your inspiration and how do you pick your topics? I like your style for the educational videos so keep it up!
I got started because I watched quite a few educational channels and just thought it would be cool to do some videos of my own. I would say my biggest inspiration is CGP Grey. And I just do videos on whatever interests me (I'm currently working on a video explaining the European union) the main constraint with making videos is a shortage of time, not topics.

(Sorry about not getting to you right away). While writing the video I was aware that irc existed. However, because it's a bit different from regular IM services as you post things in channels instead of sending messages directly from person to person. I decided to ignore it to prevent confusion and keep the video shorter.

I was expecting an informative video that was good for a 13 year old, but that was legitimately good.
Do you think you'll ever make long-form, critical/argument videos? I think they'd be up your alley.

Do you have fun making the videos? Is this a hobby or something that you feel driven to do

Quick question about the video: what about irc?
