Flex hose should be fine. If it was pinched, would I had been able to bleed that side?

If the flex hose is totally blocked, no fluid would reach the caliper. I suspect your caliper or the slide pins have seized. Get this fixed soon, because the first time you make a buttpucker stop, the uneven braking action will pull you right off the road.

I put new calipers on in June because I assumed it was so old it finally seized. But it's still doing it with the new caliper. You think the new caliper is seized too?

What slide pins? The pads sit flush against a flat surface on the calipers. Are you talking about the guide pin/bushings?
