And get more exercise, what's the point in going to the gym and not having some size and strength?

I've been on-and-off at the gym for years and I've never put on serious size. It's because it was never consistent and I never ate enough food to grow. I still go and I've consistently been eating 180g of protein a day for a month. There are gains and I'm happy.
