Ah, ok, I think I understand.

I'm not sure that there should be explicit, user-generated tags. I think that transcripts should be generated and then those can be searched through and analysed. Tags could be generated based on word-counts or other data. From that information, additional classifications could be created. The primary ordering of the data will be at what time the recording/event occurred. So, if you want to watch every recording of HIllary and Donald from yesterday, you should be able to just hit Play for July 6th and watch it all, in order.

I think that user-generated tags could be very useful, but I think much thought needs to be given to how they are used and created. Perhaps users should be able to "trust" other users and be able to see their tags? I think the primary focus should be on the actual speech of the politician.
