RULES
1) Be civil. If you become overly-argumentative or aggressive in threads the mods reserve the right to ban by discretion. Just don't be stupid fam
2) Music needs to be posted in the 'Artist - Song Title' format in the post title to avoid confusion.
3) If you're posting new music, use the [Fresh] tag on your post. If you're posting your own music, use [Original]. Use [Discussion] for posts that are discussion based or for album feedback posts. [Leak] for leaks, [Up and Coming] for up and coming artists, and [BEEF] for real, legitimate beefs. None of this "this guy just tweeted at Lil Boosie" shit.

Any good pair of headphones (not some trendy/fashion victim shit like Beats or Skullcandy) will be good. Any "bass enhancing" headphones are garbage, IMO. I will never understand that shit. I like to hear music how it was intended to be heard, by the artist, if possible (it can be difficult these days with older music, with all of the remastering that goes on). At the very least, I don't fuck with the mix on the album by passing it through an EQ to boost certain frequencies.
I have a pair of AKG 240s headphones. Great sounding, relatively cheap (~$60 USD, on Amazon) headphones, that will last years (had mine for close to 10 years now, and they still work great). They are good "workhorse" headphones, which is probably partly why they are still used in a lot of studios today, even though they were designed in the 70s. But if you care most about having lots of (too much) low end, then they are definitely not for you. They are relatively light on the bass.
But to each their own. You can listen to music however the shit you like, my friend, as long as it makes you happy (or even if it doesn't, but I wouldn't suggest it). I'm just a hater. Don't listen to me—except for the part about investing in some good headphones.

I'm using a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50s I bought a few years back. They're sweet.

How do you like your Crushers? Would be nice to see a review of them from your perspective.
