Look into natural supplements, horny goat weed, ashwaganda, etc.

Exercise, especially weight lifting or long runs, helps a lot.

Don't listen to angry music. Try to get out in nature and really pay attention to your breathing. Deep breaths. Really listen to what is around you. Really smell, feel.

It's probably a good idea to get away from voat for a bit. Some people are not able to absorb all that is presented here, do nothing about it, and function.
