If 45min is not worth saving your health than.. well - but fine avoid fluoride and get plenty of sun-light and lead a outdoorsy life style

Fine, but does he talk about fluoride as an inhibitor of glycolysis? How about it surpressing thyroid hormone synthesis? And the sunlight is it just for converting vitakin D or are there other reason?

PS. UV light is good for you(in moderation) so don't use Sunscreen(too much)

Helps regulate your sleep cycle too. Bright light in the morning, keep it dark in the evening.
