I'm very curious about this trust and the program. The judgment as described seems correct, since the plaintiffs have legal rights and the state bot only screwed then initially but has prolonged the affair legally for over 20 years. But it sounds like the plaintiff class is open ended and rights are reducable to cash when land isn't a ailable. That just seems like open ended welfare based on genetics which makes no sense (and is hopefuly just my own misunderstanding plus incorrect theorizing).
