Dunno, probally resources to stuff for the different kind of hackers out there. Guides and knowledge sharing. Just learned about Kali linux https://www.kali.org/ pretty recently. Got it running on a VM and it's got a lot of the tools I've heard about elsewhere. Regrettably I've heard a lot , but done little. Ethical hacking is hard to learn without a decent lab environment to test in.

I would ask for some basics, I know when I was starting out just how to secure a home webserver would have been useful.

We could setup a competition I'll host a raspberry pi, when you manage to change the Web page you get to fix the vulnerability, we keep going progressively it gets harder and harder to get into. We can have a league table of best fix, and shortest hack. Just an idea.

This. Hacking competitions would be awesome.

An uncensored view of computer security in reality, not a textbook. I want no bullshit, I want to know whats happening right now with the whitehats & blackhats alike. Everything. Personal and enterprise.

War games! I don't think I have the skill or creativity to create some, but I'd love to take a shot at weekly/monthly war games.

How about starting simple until this place gets more popular? More people means more resources to help going full scale. Maybe start off with some programs to compile and exploit, and some binaries to reverse?
