I’m 46 and I can still crank out some bodyweight dips and do a plank for 1:40 at 315 lbs. Most people don’t need a gym. Unless you’re bulking, you can get an excellent workout from just calisthenics. Gyms are filled with narcissists, creeps and literal faggots. If you’re serious about fitness, you can work out better on your own In your home with less distractions.
