Do bodyweight exercises 8-10 hours a day on a world class diet, you'll be jacked too.

Progressive overload is important in growing muscle. Bodyweight exercises just don't provide that.

BS. I have a huge chest and triceps from doing dips. 52” chest. I rarely ever benched. My best bench was 315x2 which is nothing for a guy my size. In my prime at 28/29 years old, I could do 48 hanging dips with my own bodyweight
