They are limiting the merchants on what they can sell you. Technically it is since businesses aren't protected by the same rights people are. Fuck them.

gun rights should be part of the civil rights act. technically already is, showing disparate impact since veterans are already a protected class and are more likely to keep and bear arms.

As far as I am concerned, if something is in the Bill of Rights and a business uses their power to hinder it, that should be a crime. I would also argue that credit is the same as currency, since its earned by an individual. Therefore having a business take away your ability to spend your currency in the matter that you so choose, should be illegal.

So that means the business can't sell you a gun if you are using a Citi Visa card?

It means that if you are using a CITI card, they can't sell you a "high capacity" magazine, a bumpstock, or a gun if you are under 21.
