Pretty good, but one caveat... before you add the vegetables turn your burner up AS HIGH AS IT CAN POSSIBLY GO.

Salmon is not a firm fish, do not stir-fry salmon. It just flakes apart. Tusk/Cusk is a firm fish that is good for stir-frying.
