I have no formal education beyond secondary and I'm able to do this (at least I think I can) Many goats here can probably say the same.

You and they are a minority on Voat. Most are intolerant of anyone and any idea but their very own.

In this day, it is important to mark that indoctrination is not the same as education. People who care about the truth, no matter how uncomfortable, can always entertain new ideas. This was the prevailing philosophy of science and academia for some 200 years before Marxism.

Reminds me of the last conversation I had with my SJW ex.

Just because you tell someone they can't say something doesn't mean they won't think it. By silencing dissent, you have no idea what they are thinking...

stunned silence

Their thought receptors aren't set up for that.

Same with Liberals "I'm not interested in that question" when anything related to race/biology and humans comes up.

A red pill is just realizing that "race" means biology in relation to human groups.

The term is overloaded of course but it's a very fundamental rejection of science to think "race is a social construct" (which really means "culture is a social construct", which is news to nobody who uses words for their assigned meanings).

So logical, yet also absent in so many today.

I recommend people take a debate class. it can teach you how to debate a topic without agreeing to it; devil's advocate. it's always better when you have knowledge of both sides of a topic. debate classes help teach you how to research topics.

And the motto of the Royal Society:

Nullius in verba; (Take nobody's word for it)

A corollary: Do your own fucking research.

Aristole was a great philosopher, but IIRC with some flaws, he believed a dialectic (a good word the communists destroyed) was the requirement to understand the world.

Oh and this infamous line by "tinyhousesbrah" - "Read a fucking book"

You'd be surprised at how often that works.
