Sorry for spell check but here it is. Exemption. And yes, thank you for looking up your own state's stuff on this. BTW, is it stated it's a law or a guideline? In California these masks things are called Guidelines and not once is the word "order" or "law" used. They were very careful to not overplay their hand in this. Only in the media is the word "mandate" used. Why? Because Obama and his clowns got rid of the law against media and government propaganda. So the media is free to push propaganda of an "emergency order" or "mandate" while legally, the state can not use those terms for something that it is prohibited by law from doing.

This is another reason why when you try to tell a store they can't force you to wear a mask they jump to, "It's store policy" which is also illegal but unless you have an attorney or force the issue they just hope you'll give up and walk out.

If you are arrested for not wearing a mask and just meekly accept a fine and pay, (that's what they want) then you become an example for others. If you fight back, refuse to pay a fine and take it to court in front of a real judge with a real attorney those who arrested you can be up on charges if you prevail. Obviously if your judge is corrupt, or your attorney is weak and stupid, you won't prevail. But, this costs money and court time and they wish to avoid exposure if you prevail.

You can go to Peggy Hall on Healthy American youtube channel. She has hours of videos on each aspect of the law and masking. BTW, at Nuremburg it was ruled to be a war crime to force someone to wear a mask even for health reasons. The law really is on our side.

The California State of Emergency Act "shall be terminated at the earliest possible time". This provision has been screwed with a hundred different ways. Also, this grants the governor powers to order the public workers around, not the citizens and certainly not ordering healthy people to wear a mask.
