Hi @grace8, Thanks, I've seen the info on the watermarks, block chain and other encoding (such as done by approved printers). This is a great control if indeed a bad actor tries to introduce fraudulent ballots into the voting. Right now the DHS (CISA) says there is no evidence of this. Read it here: https://nypost.com/2020/11/03/dhs-secretary-chad-wolf-no-sign-of-foreign-interference-in-2020-election/

That's not to say it hasn't been discovered yet -- but the problem is getting access to ballots to even identify if this type of fraud has occurred. Right now we can't say either way.

It's more likely that the majority of the fraud will be from manipulated ballots. In is much more difficult to detect and prove. So, if some intermediary intercepted ballots and manually changed the votes, how would you know? It would need to be obvious. And you need an audit trail. If votes were destroyed, how do you prove they were ever sent? If you find a bunch of votes received from dead voters, how do you prove they voted for Biden and not Trump? If someone saved a bunch of ballots, filled them in and introduced them late into the process, how do you prove it? Right now the priority is to get access to these states' election results and preserve any evidence that can be found.

The NY post link is from 11/3. That makes it info before/during time when Steve claims the watermark was secretly placed on legal ballots. So no CISA would not announce/admit it at that time and ruin the sting.

Can’t get access: I did see yesterday a report that 14 million ballots had been checked and that 48% of ballots checked in 2 of the contested states did not have the watermark. I think it should be in 8kun notables. As far as how do u tell if ballots have been dumped, Steve claims the isotopes tell them where a ballot is.

As far as if someone saved a bunch of ballots and filled in: they would not have the watermark if they were received after watermark was put on legal ballots received before deadline.

As far as ballot manipulation: if a ballot is scanned at the voting place scanners create a ballot image. Voters have a right to see their ballot image. If votes are flipped by programming in scanner comparing the ballot image count to the scanner count would show a discrepancy. Recently, in MA ballot images were destroyed before they could be audited. Election board tried to claim they were not legal voting records. Court precedent says they are.

Also software/firmware on a scanner can be audited by creating 20 ballots for Trump, scanning them in and then checking the tabulation to see if it is correct. Or when an irregularity is found in the count, the election board can recount by hand and compare. This happened yesterday in Atrium county and the count was very different. Was that Utah?

Destroyed votes: if the ballot has the isotopes and it sends a signal where it is the destroyed ballot can be found. If it is microscopic, shredding would not destroy it. If they were taken somewhere to be dumped/burned those tracking would have seen they were removed from counting center and intervened.

If Steve can be trusted then a lot of fraud can be proved if they get access.

The vote manipulation is so obvious because Biden got too few legal votes to make it a close election. If that can force a hand recount, that requires a observer from both parties to be present and see the ballot up close. They have to agree what each ballot says before the vote is recorded. That is if they can be forced to allow GOP observers to verify each ballot then the count will show discrepancy.
