Wow, thanks for that...I had no idea there were such intricacies involving the flag. It certainly seems like this is not being kept in many ways. Very informative.
In the last half-century, there has been diminishing respect for the flag and the rules are generally ignored. What I find most demeaning is the availability at Walmart, HomeDepot and other big box stores of American flags that have been manufactured in China. I would like to see lawmakers require all American flags sold in this country to be manufactured here.
Yes. Would it be okay to fly a flag that you receive from a funeral from an ex-military? They are such nice flags and I sort of wondered what to do with it when we die.
