This shit needs to be said, so here we go.
With everything you forward or post - whether it's here, Facebook, Twitter, doesn't matter - you need to do your due diligence and make sure that it's not bullshit.
It's easy to see something that pisses you off or tickles your confirmation bias and then spread it. I've been guilty of it myself, so I'm not saying this from an ivory tower or anything like that.
But right now is a critical time. I think that goes without saying. But because this is an information war then that necessarily means that information is our ammunition. If we're putting out bad info then we're simply doing the enemy's job for them.
Take the additional time to really dig into some shit before you spread it around is what I'm saying.
Operate as if the enemy is purposefully putting out fake shit as bait in order to get you to spread it so that they can then turn around and "prove you wrong", destroying your credibility and thus the perceived validity of anything you put out moving forward. Because make no mistake, they ARE doing that shit and way too many of us ARE falling for it.
Think of it like this. Verifiable, true information are your bullets in this war. Fake bullshit is booby traps put out by the enemy.
Two things Q said, which too many of us aren't doing, were
-be careful who you follow
-do your own research
Trust but verify is a nice saying. But we need to take it even beyond that to verify every single time and trust NOTHING at face value.
When you do this and you find bullshit, tell your fellow soldiers and especially the person who sent it to you!
Understand that there is a difference between circumstantial evidence and documented fact. That's not to say you can't use circumstantial evidence in conjunction with facts to make a case. But distinguish between the two and don't refer to circumstantial evidence as fact.
Example: there is a global order of satanic pedophiles in places of power.
There are both facts and circumstantial evidence to support that claim. Don't confuse the two, though.
It's a fact that if you Google "Tony Podesta art", the image search will return some things that point to him being a pedo.
It's a fact that Jeffrey Epstein is a convicted pedo and that many elites were hanging out with the him before, during, and even after his convictions.
It's a fact that these weirdos post pictures of kids tied up in satanic looking circles and pentagrams on the wall or floor.
Maria Abromavich and her "art" fucking exists and these people are tight with her is a fact that is verifiable.
The spirit cooking emails are verifiable.
"Hot dogs and pizza" emails are verifiable.
All of those facts help you make a circumstantial case. But those facts themselves don't prove crimes. I'm not saying not to use those facts to make a circumstantial case, either. I'm saying the opposite. I'm saying use verifiable shit to make your case. Things you can quickly and easily reference.
That's just one example, there are many like it.
It's not like we don't have plenty to work with that we know is true and can verify.
Just be vigilant and take the extra time to make sure you're serving as an asset and not a liability.
Honestly, it would be better to keep your mouth (keyboard) shut entirely than to do even a single thing that injures your credibility or that of the movement.
So consider the shit I'm saying and proceed accordingly. Because this is now serious shit. Evaluate yourself honestly and tighten up your game. This is the 4th quarter.

In theory yeah I agree.
But to answer the question "why divide"...
I'm not dividing so much as talking to a specific audience.
I'm not going to waste my time telling left wingers that they should be "committed to truth" because they're actively committed to lies on purpose. Therefore, waste of my time.
What I see on my side is more well meaning people who just trust and spread information without consideration of the possibility that it might not be factual.
One side really does want to be truthful, the other side could care less.
I'm talking to the people with good intentions and not so good practices. By definition, that excludes left wingers.
