Didn't say anywhere he would vote yes on the nomination. So this isn't a vote for the nomination. He can still vote no. Wake up to this jerk people. He isn't a republican vote for the nominee.

Same can be said for Collins and Murkowski. They didn't say they wouldn't vote. They said they didn't think the Senate should hold a vote. But Mitch will so will they vote yea or na? I say they do vote yes. But I think Mitt will fuck us. He's too deep in Ukraine to stop IMO.

I agree. I wish I knew where I read about voting ‘present’. If some senators vote present then they do not need the majority (51) to confirm. ?? I think Murkowski voted present on Kavanaugh. I’ll have to go look for the article I read . .
