AFAIK one of them is 11 years old, so yeah, they haven't even reached puberty yet.

Puberty isn't an "age", it is a process change in the body based on many conditions.

Puberty is delayed in "lean" societies, and can be as early as 8 in "fatty" societies (where nutrition is abundant, not just obesity - but fat girls tend to develop faster).

As a general trend, puberty has been changing from 13-14 a century ago, to 10 to 11 today in many industrialized countries, and can be as early as 8 or 9 in some children/regions.

Unfortunately accelerating puberty does not accelerate brain development to match. The people pumping xenoestrogens into everyone know this of course.
