3 lb country pork ribs cut into 1.5 - 2 inch cubes
8 oz Goya Mojo Criolla
Instant pot high pressure for 30 minutes, slow release
(Can use crock pot if you don’t have an instant pot, cook until meat is 145 degrees. Cook to165 if you like to play it safe with pork).
Pull apart the cooked meat
Broil in the oven on a cookie sheet 5-7 minutes to crisp (add some of the broth from the instant pot before broiling to make the meat more tender if you want)
Put them on tortillas to make tacos, tortilla chips to make nachos.

Onion
Cilantro
Queso Fresco
Chihuahua Cheese
Queso dip (we like Gordo’s)
Black beans (canned are fine)
Refried beans (canned are fine)
Salsa
Sour cream
This is a regular out our house. It’s easy and you can dress them up however you want.
