I get frustrated too, but there are (according to Qmap.pub) 176,000+ sealed indictments. I read there are at least 3 OTHER prosecutors, so even 1/4 of that # is huge.

All important and semi-important people will have teams of high priced lawyers looking to see if every I is dotted and t crossed in the proper way or they will move to throw the indictment(s) OUT. Heck, even if everything is perfect, there will be push back and filings to get the indictments thrown out.

Their work has to be tighter than air tight.
