Rolling back 230 will just result in a beat down of small tech. Big tech can afford to fight in the civil courts.

They're rolling out back for big tech. The reasoning is they censored material which means they are capable of filtering material. So why should they still remain protected. Smaller business who haven't filleted content can still claim they cannot and still reside under 230

Propose legislation? That won't do anything. The Dems and the RINOs will easily plan a way that it won't get through. Sorry - this is NOT enough. The DOJ needs to take DIRECT legal action against these companies - the ONLY solution.
