Per the Lancet study webpage, under Methods, Registry features and data acquisition, the 'registry' comprised data from 671 hospitals located in six continents (for the infamous 96,032 patients). This data ('registry analysis') is de-identified and nonsensically titled, 'The Surgical Outcomes Collaborative', which, nonsensically, is only Surgisphere Corporation, Chicago, IL, USA.

Surgisphere, with the very odd Internet presence noted in this thread.

I have a suspicion that the original Ivermectin paper might be real but came to the attention of big pharma. Desai was then either paid off or threatened.
