I've seen worse spikes like that on the front page of down detector when comcast was having a major issues in one of their hubs. Fucking trust me, if fortnite was disrupted every god damned parent in america would know in .23 seconds. I work in a NOC for a living. It's routine to see spikes that affect dozens of major services on down detector. It's almost always a problem with a major carrier. It's easy to spot if you actually look at the report graphs. Look at this image...massive spike during the entire window of reported comcast issues. That affects the services people use. They are a major provider.
