It just struck me how many avenues we really have to red-pill our loved ones and help them break through the cognitive dissonance barriers that have been built up inside us all for so long.
Just had an interesting text conversation with an uncle in Cali who is historically Far-Left leaning and likes to argue in circles. So he has a reputation in the family of being both long-winded and frustrating to debate with. (THAT uncle π)
However, turns out he has a high distrust of the medical community establishment and doctors in general for dismissing outside-the-norm medical treatment options for life threatening illnesses like cancer. So we're commiserating over the disinformation surrounding Covid-19 and ventilation, Apoxia vs Respiratory Failure, etc. Waiting to see where it heads after this.
Don't give up on those difficult family members and friends! Oftentimes, people who are known to be "difficult" have at least one belief that goes against the mainstream narrative, and if you can manage to identify it and get them talking about it, you're more likely to find common ground to build from.
Just a little morning coffee thought I wanted to share! Feel free to expand or tell me I'm full of shit and need moar caffeine. π

The problem is your commie Cali uncle probably thinks more government or his choices for government are the answer.
