It just struck me how many avenues we really have to red-pill our loved ones and help them break through the cognitive dissonance barriers that have been built up inside us all for so long.
Just had an interesting text conversation with an uncle in Cali who is historically Far-Left leaning and likes to argue in circles. So he has a reputation in the family of being both long-winded and frustrating to debate with. (THAT uncle 😂)
However, turns out he has a high distrust of the medical community establishment and doctors in general for dismissing outside-the-norm medical treatment options for life threatening illnesses like cancer. So we're commiserating over the disinformation surrounding Covid-19 and ventilation, Apoxia vs Respiratory Failure, etc. Waiting to see where it heads after this.
Don't give up on those difficult family members and friends! Oftentimes, people who are known to be "difficult" have at least one belief that goes against the mainstream narrative, and if you can manage to identify it and get them talking about it, you're more likely to find common ground to build from.
Just a little morning coffee thought I wanted to share! Feel free to expand or tell me I'm full of shit and need moar caffeine. 😂

This is great and so true. Sometimes we, meaning me, find ourselves getting impatient and irritable with those that don’t see what we see or feel the way we feel. I’ve had to pray for mucho patience, and to listen more. I could tell my friends were getting tired of me emphatically trying to red pill them so I stopped. I started letting them lead the conversation and I just followed it and listened intently, but I would wear my Trump or Q shirts around them so it was in their face anyway 🤣. Don’t get me wrong they like Trump but didn’t love him like I do. ❤️. In the past month they have began calling me asking questions and I’ve led them in the direction to become more informed. Just like our faith in Jesus Christ, plant the seed, the rest will come in due time. At the same time I’m learning to be patient and realize these people have been brainwashed most of their lives. Key words are TIME, PATIENCE and PRAYER. God bless you.

I try to do the same but the people who irritate me most are those that just assume everyone hates Trump. Regardless of the situation the first statement they is "All ___ is because of Trump" (or something similar). They can't go 5 min. without having something negative to say about him and citing MSM BS as confirmation. My tongue is raw from biting it.

I like your key words. Time, patience, prayer for friends and family are true manifestations of LOVE. Blessings. :)

Amen brother!! Your uncle sounds exactly like my Stepdad. Who constantly rebuttals with "Trumps Clown Car Administration" blah blah blah 🤯🤯🤯
& he thinks CNN is the gospel, & hes actually bordering on genius level intelligence- but we all know that doesnt mean they have common sense when they've been heavily brainwashed by the left-stream MSM.
I feel u brother! Good luck & let us know how it goes..
And Amen to more coffee!! On my first cup right now. & I live in California (Hell-ifornia 😭)
Peace out yo & God bless ♡

The brainwashed intelligent ones are the hardest to crack. Their smarts can give them an ego and make their defense mechanisms much more elaborate.

THIS!!! When you've spent your entire life thinking quicker than most of the people around you, it's hard to rewire yourself to accept alternate viewpoints, ESPECIALLY message over messenger.

Oh yea, you are spot on my friend!! It is utterly maddening trying to debate with him. Now I just toss him crumbs once in a while & lately I made a VERY SMALL HAIRLINE FRACTURE in that hard head of his.. LOL. But it is progress, right??
But it is exhausting, isnt it?
Whew!! Lol.

The ultimate kicker would be if he was a lurker here and I've outed myself, but I doubt it. 😂

The problem is your commie Cali uncle probably thinks more government or his choices for government are the answer.

Those relationships are done and gone forever. There's no way to reconcile with traitors.
